Secret 10 «Wisdom Is Avoiding All Thoughts That Weaken You»

#Olga Gurskaya #10 secrets for success

My Dear Friends,

I’ve been traveling to Moscow, working, with cough bronchitis and lost voice, so apologies for a long break. And this might be also a reason why my post is a bit longer than usual…

My journey to success is continuing. And I’m moving to the next secret in the book. This one is much more easy to accept, I’m practicing it for years. I know that the negative thoughts are growing like weeds in the garden: quickly, everywhere if you do not take care of it. "Every single thought you have can be assessed in terms of whether it strengthens or weakens you." I know it! For years already I’m practicing to forgive myself for non-optimal outcomes of my actions (I’ve done my best possible “best” at that moment), to appreciate what I have or getting instead of what I do not have or losing, to accept myself the way I’m and not the way I have to be. I see a great progress, and life is becoming nicer. But still a lot of things to do...

What are the thoughts that weaken me, my “weeds” that are still growing? They are thoughts that lead to envy (I’m very competitive) or guilt, frustration or anger, not kind thoughts about others. I’m planning to monitor and catch them this week, replace with some empowering ones… It is one of the coaching techniques. So, let me practice self-coaching. I would be happy to hear about your “weeds” and support you with empowering thoughts. Just write in the comments or in a private message…

And the usual quote of Wayne Dyer: "The most empowering thoughts you can have are those of peace, joy, love, acceptance, and willingness . . . [these] thoughts stem from your willingness to allow the world to be as it is . . . All of this is nothing more than a conscious decision on your part to be in charge of your thinking. Be aware at any given moment in your life that you always have a choice about the thoughts you allow into your mind. No one else can put a thought there. Regardless of the circumstances, you find yourself in, it is your choice. Choose to replace dis-empowering, weakening thoughts with thoughts of a higher spiritual frequency . . . Your mind is yours to control. You are the creator and selector of your thoughts. You can change them at will. It is your God-given inheritance, your corner of freedom that no one can take away. No one can have control of your thoughts without your consent. So choose to avoid thoughts that weaken you, and you will know true wisdom. It is your choice!”
