#Weyne Dyer #Mindfulness #10 secrets for success
This week is about learning to live here and now. My mind, probably similar to yours, always building the plans, and at times it goes back to remember the things I’ve done, I’ve said, and questions it.
So, this is what I’m going to focus on this week: stop questioning the past, stop replaying the events. They are already gone. The lessons are learned. I did my best, as anyone of us always does.
I’ll be paying more attention on where I’m today, and where I’m going. Of course, remembering beautiful moments of my life as anchors, keeping me connected to my dear people, places, actions.
This will be another step on the way. Way to love and kindness. I believe that there is no love without self-love, no kindness without self-kindness.
And a quote of Weyne Dyer for today:
"You had to go through what you went through in order to get to where you are today, and the evidence is that you did . . . Embrace them . . . and then understand them, accept them, … and finally retire and/or transform them in your own way . . . Become free to immerse yourself in this moment- the now that's called the present- because it's simply that- a present to open, relish, nurture, play with, and enjoy and explore."
Will be happy to hear your thoughts about enjoying the “present” of the present moment, and not replaying the events of the past. What helps you in this practice, my mindful friends?
