I’m paying attention to people doing things passionately. And there are a lot of them around me, and I’m sure about you too…
I want to tell you a story about the business meeting that I had today in my role of the Project Committee Leader of the Coaching Federation (ICF). My colleague and I were meeting our potential partner for one of the projects. My colleague is a coach (no surprise, right?). And she is so passionate about what she does so we could not stop talking about how to bring hope to the life of people who is losing it before our meeting started. And then my colleagues discovered so many opportunities for our project, as well as for potential one-to-one coaching outside of the project. And everything was easy, without any push or effort.
It is such a wonderful feeling to observe someone who really found a passion for their life. Is not it? Did you notice it?
And a quote of Weyne Dyer, the second chapter of “10 secrets of success and inner peace”: "You'll find your passion in what inspires you the most . . . When you're inspired, you never have to ask about your purpose . . . What is your passion? What stirs your soul and makes you feel like you're totally in harmony with why you showed up here in the first place? Know this for certain: Whatever it may be, you can make a living doing it and simultaneously provide a service for others . . . the only thing that will keep you from playing the music you hear and marching to the unique drumbeat you experience within is fear."
